Refund policy
At Holysheet, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. As our products fall under the personal hygiene and household essentials category, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.
By placing an order on www.holysheet.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.
This policy applies to all Holysheet products, including but not limited to:
- Facial Tissues
- Car Tissue Tubes
- Pocket Tissues
- Kitchen Towels
- Toilet Rolls
- Combo Packs and Gift Bundles
2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- Items are missing from your order.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@holysheet.in with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended and may be required for certain claims)
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged beyond usability.
- Wrong product delivered and replacement is unavailable.
- Product is defective upon arrival.
- Order is lost in transit and confirmed by our logistics partner.
- Order is cancelled before dispatch.
Holysheet reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
- Minor packaging wear caused during shipping that does not affect product quality.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Claims raised beyond the specified reporting period.
- Change of mind after delivery.
5. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund request has been approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
7. Replacement Policy
Where feasible, Holysheet may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to:
- Product availability
- Verification of the reported issue
